Nicole qualified with a Master of Science Degree at the University of Technology in Delft, Netherlands in 2008.

For her final project (design and dissertation) “Care for living, housing for the disabled “she received a special award for environmental design and graduated with honours.

During her Masters Degree she spent a year in America where she studied at the Arts and Architecture School at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

After gaining experience in working as an architect at a practice in Amsterdam, Nicole has worked as a technical draughtsman and project manager on social housing & commercial development projects to gain experience of all stages of the construction process.  This has given Nicole a strong awareness the relationship between thoughtful design at every stage of the design process and a successful building.  As architect, her focus is mainly on the social & practical aspects of architecture.

In 2011 she moved to the UK and became an elected member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). She joined Hyve Architects in 2012.
